Comprehensive Warranty & Returns Policy
We stand firmly behind the quality of every 1:1 Super Clone watch we sell. Because we send you detailed Quality Control (QC) photos and videos for your explicit approval before shipping, the vast majority of visual issues are resolved before dispatch.
To provide you with complete peace of mind, we outline our policies below:
⏱️ 1-Year Movement Warranty
We offer a 1-Year Warranty on the watch movement, starting from the tracked date of delivery.
What is Covered
Factory movement defects or assembly issues.
Severe timekeeping inaccuracies or abnormal power reserve.
Movement stops not caused by human error or rough handling. (Resolution: We may reimburse reasonable costs for local watchsmith regulation, or ask you to return the watch to our service center for free repair.)
⚠️ What is NOT Covered
Normal wear and tear, including scratches/dents on the case, bracelet, bezel, or crystal from daily use.
Water Damage. While water-resistant for daily activities, we strongly advise against showering, swimming, or diving with replica watches. Damage from water pressure/steam is not covered.
Any damage caused by unauthorized opening of the case back or third-party modifications.

📦 7-Day Return & Exchange
If your watch arrives with a severe factory defect or is Dead on Arrival (DOA) due to shipping damage, we gladly accept returns or exchanges.
Strict Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking.
Unworn Condition: The watch must be in 100% brand new, unworn condition.
Protective Plastics Intact: All factory transparent protective films, tags, and stickers must be completely intact and unremoved. Resizing the bracelet or peeling plastics (even if put back) voids the return eligibility, defaulting to warranty repair only.
No “Change of Mind”: Because you approved the exact watch via QC before dispatch, we do not accept returns for “changing your mind” or minor visual discrepancies already visible in the QC materials.
🔄 How to Initiate a Warranty or Return Claim?
Record a clear, high-definition video demonstrating the issue (ensure the intact protective plastics are clearly visible).
Email the video and your Order ID to our customer support email.
Our technical team will review your claim within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions.
